(a) In general Subchapter IV of chapter 5 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: 565. Use of unmanned aircraft systems With respect to any unmanned aircraft system procured by the Coast Guard, the Commandant shall ensure that such system be used to support the primary duties of the Coast Guard pursuant to section 102..
