Section 1226 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)— (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking with Syria and Iraq; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking with Syria; (2) in subsection (c)— (A) by striking paragraph (1); and (B) by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (4) as paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively; and (3) in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2027.
