(a) Notice requirements to Pacific Island Party concerning institution of legal proceedings Section 10(c)(1) (16 U.S.C. 973h(c)(1)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by striking paragraph 8 of Article 4 of; and (2) in the third sentence, by striking Article 10 of. (b) Searches and seizures by authorized officers Section 10(d)(1)(A) (16 U.S.C. 973h(d)(1)(A)) is amended— (1) in clause (ii), by striking or at the end; and (2) in clause (iii), by adding or at the end.
