(a) No Surprises Act implementation funding Section 118(a) of the No Surprises Act (Public Law 116–260) is amended by inserting, and an additional $67,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended before the period at the end. (b) National technical assistance center on grandfamilies and kinship families Section 2922(a) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (42 U.S.C. 3020g(a)) is amended by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting October 31, 2025.
