(a) United States Military Academy Section 7451 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking subsection (b); (2) by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (b); and (3) in subsection (b), as so redesignated, by striking the course and inserting a course. (b) United States Air Force Academy Section 9451 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking subsection (b); (2) by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (b); and (3) in subsection (b), as so redesignated, by striking the course and inserting a course. (c) Effective date The amendments made by this section shall apply to the first academic year beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
