(a) Army Section 7274 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (d) A time limitation under this section may not be waived unless the Secretary of the Army first submits to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives the unredacted package of information considered by the Secretary, including all relevant information relating to any reconsideration of an award.. (b) Navy Section 8298 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (c) A time limitation under this section may not be waived unless the Secretary of the Navy first submits to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives the unredacted package of information considered by the Secretary, including all relevant information relating to any reconsideration of an award..
