Section 2483 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (8) Construction, repair, improvement, and maintenance of physical infrastructure (as defined in section 2484(h)(1)(B) of this title).; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: (d) Limitations relating to military construction Amounts used for construction under subsection (b)(8) shall be subject to the requirements and limitations under section 2805 of this title..
