Section 844 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60; 139 Stat. 976) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraph (3) of subsection (b) as subsection (c) and moving such subsection, as so redesignated, two ems to the left; and (2) in subsection (c), as redesignated by paragraph (1) of this section, by striking amendments made by paragraphs (1) and (2) and inserting amendments made by this section.
