Section 3702(a)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking (A) An offeror and inserting An offeror; (2) by striking subparagraph (B); and (3) by redesignating clauses (i) and (ii) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively.
