(a) In general Section 127d of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking $20,000,000 and inserting $30,000,000; (2) in subsection (c)(2)(E), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting satisfy the requirements of section 130g to after shall; and (3) in subsection (j)(1)(A), by inserting as required by section 130g before the semicolon. (b) Technical amendment The second section 130g of title 10, United States Code, is redesignated as section 130h.
