Section 2576a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (g) as subsection (h); and (2) by inserting after subsection (f) the following new subsection (g): (g) Semi-annual monitoring reports Not less frequently than once every 180 days, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report setting forth, for the preceding 180-day period, the following: (1) An identification of the type of controlled and non-controlled property transferred by the Secretary under this section and the quantity transferred. (2) An identification of the agency receiving such property. (3) The date of any such transfer..
