Section 1279 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114–92; 22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking anti-tunnel and inserting subterranean operations; (2) in subsection (a)— (A) in the subsection heading, by striking anti-tunnel and inserting subterranean operations; and (B) in paragraph (1), in the first sentence, by inserting and subterranean operations after anti-tunnel; and (3) in subsection (b)— (A) in paragraph (1), in the first sentence, by inserting and subterranean operations after anti-tunnel; (B) in paragraph (3)(B), by inserting and subterranean operations after anti-tunnel; and (C) in paragraph (4), by striking $80,000,000 and inserting $100,000,000.
