(a) Delivery deadline The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System is delivered not later than December 31, 2028. (b) Acquisition strategy Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives an acquisition strategy for meeting the deadline under subsection (a).
