Section 2244a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (4) Exception for below-threshold nuclear missile modifications The prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply to a modification of a nuclear missile for which the cost is less than $500,000 in base year 2027 dollars..
