Section 1652 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119–60) is amended— (1) by striking the Secretary of Defense each place it appears and inserting the Direct Reporting Program Manager for Golden Dome for America; and (2) by striking the Secretary each place it appears and inserting the Direct Reporting Program Manager.
