(a) Transfer Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall transfer all amounts contained in an account associated with the Ford Island Master Development Agreement to the Ford Island Improvement Account. (b) Use of amounts Amounts transferred under subsection (a) may be used— (1) pursuant to section 2814 of title 10, United States Code— (A) to carry out improvements of property or facilities at Ford Island, Hawaii; and (B) to obtain property support services for property or facilities at Ford Island; and (2) to make electrical upgrades at Barbers Point, Hawaii.
