Section 1243 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 137 Stat. 460) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; (B) by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); and (C) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following: (2) all allied contributions to Jumpstart Foreign Military Sales cases or any similar initiatives; and; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking “January 1, 2025” and inserting “January 1, 2027”.
