Section 842 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 10 U.S.C. 2341 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2)— (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking; and and inserting a semicolon; (B) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C); (C) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraph: (B) commercially advanced digital manufacturing facilities for rapid, distributed parts production closer to the point of use; and; (2) by striking subsection (g); and (3) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (g).
