Section 3241(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (3) and inserting the following new paragraph (3): (3) Any contract awarded under this subsection shall be considered to be a construction contract and shall be subject to the same oversight mechanisms to which construction contracts are subject under this title.; and (2) in paragraph (4), by striking 2008 each place it appears and inserting 2030.
