(a) In general Section 2804(c) of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118–159; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note) is amended by striking February 1, 2026 and inserting August 1, 2026. (b) Briefing required Not later than February 20, 2026, the Secretary of the Army shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on the use of the authority under section 2804(c) of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118–159; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note).
